The LD Grotesk type family is a classic sans serif typeface based on the founding thoughts of the LD Moderne Antiqua. The forms are influenced by some great type designs of the era of industrialisation. The LD Grotesk is meant to complete the LD Moderne type system with a sans serif matching the classic modern style approach of the LD Moderne Antiqua and LD Moderne Antiqua Slab type families. The LD Grotesk family is designed as a group of six weights and three widths, each with a dedicated oblique version. The LD Grotesk Family offers Pan-European language support, three figure sets, fractions and much more fancy stuff for the contemporary type-user.
